Impact Assessment
Operational Impact: Minimal. This is purely an administrative change affecting the phone numbers from which BSE makes outbound calls for technical queries. The existing helpdesk numbers that members use to call BSE remain unchanged.
Member Impact: Low. Members only need to be aware that technical support calls will now come from the new 1600 series numbers. All other contact mechanisms (inbound helpdesk numbers and email) remain the same.
Trading Impact: None. This change does not affect any trading systems, connectivity, or market operations.
Impact Justification
Operational change affecting only phone numbers used for technical support calls; no impact on trading, compliance obligations, or market operations
